What we process
When you use the contact form we process the data you provide (name, email, phone, company, role, address[es], number of apartments, message) to answer your enquiry. The address checker queries address data solely to display the zone assessment.
Legal basis & purpose
Processing for the initiation of a contract and on the basis of your consent. Your enquiry is sent to expansion@roomestate.com.
Retention & disclosure
We keep data only as long as necessary to process your enquiry. No disclosure to third parties except service providers required for operation.
External services
The map in the address checker uses OpenStreetMap (Nominatim/tiles) and Leaflet (CDN). Your IP address may be transmitted to these services.
